24 March, 2023IZAR achieved its record billing figure in 2022, both globally and in its national market. In a convention that lasted 2 days, these figures were announced, as well as IZAR's perspectives and objectives for the coming years.
In the meeting, the great involvement of all the members of the company has been revealed once again, from the new management with Oscar de Manuel at the helm, to the commercials of all the areas, including the sales managers, product managers and commercial technicians.
The first day stood out for the analysis of the evolution of sales by areas and by product families, in addition to dealing with the commercial strategic lines, placing special emphasis on the different distribution channels in which IZAR operates, all in line with the exhibition that Carlos Pujana made at the Expocadena Congress on industrial supply.
The second day was dedicated to the product. IZAR continues to bet on innovation in its two main catalogues, which segment its market: Industrial, with new investments in machinery for the manufacture of carbide tools, which constitutes one of the organization's biggest strategic commitments, such as the Professional, with new products for the most demanding user; For example, the recent launch of its reference 1876 MULTIMAT, a drill bit for ALL materials, which is being received very positively by the market, and which was presented with demonstrations at Expocadena.
As a final conclusion of the convention, the company highlights the Union and Experience of a sales team that is increasingly trained and involved, values that, together with Proximity and Flexibility, define the company's brand image.
After the convention, with the culmination of a guided tour of the stadium and topped off with the illusion of a chance meeting with several Athletic Club players, the IZAR team has faced, with great enthusiasm and strength, the fair that the Ehlis group has held in the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, which began the day before with its own congress. Carlos Pujana, manager of IZAR until September of this year and current adviser to its board of directors, participated in its round table, where the current situation and the future of industrial supply were discussed.
For the fair itself, IZAR has deployed its entire sales and technical team, with several meters of exhibition displays and product lines, a wide selection of new games and exhibitors, and a demonstration area.
The brand's customers have been able to see for themselves the ease with which drill bits such as the 1876 MULTIMAT are capable of drilling soft porcelain; or how the new MetalMax 1022 bit can drill through thick steel tubes without any problems, a clear and improved alternative to the step bits that competitors are introducing.
IZAR's global objective for the coming years is to strengthen its leadership position in the national market, establish itself as an important player in France and grow notably in sales at a European and global level, an ambitious objective but, thanks to the involvement of all its people, feasible, despite geopolitical uncertainties.
