BELLOTA AGRISOLUTIONS BUYS LUND INDUSTRIAL GROUP

BELLOTA Agrisolutions has acquired Lundtek, Inc. (Lund Industrial Group, Lund Engineered Products Division and Lund Coating Tech), located in Holly Springs, Mississippi. The acquisition was carried out on 19 February and will make Lund a U.S. business unit of Bellota Agrisolutions.

Lund, with registered address in Holly Springs, Mississippi, provides solutions for extending the useful lives of farming and industrial components and parts subject to wear and tear. Lund is also firmly established as a key supplier of cutting components on the United States agricultural equipment market. This broadens the variety of applications for products such as harvesters, tillage sweeps and ploughs, gardening and pruning equipment, lawn and golf course fairway mowers, building, mining and railway equipment.

As part of their solutions for extending the useful lives of their products, Lund applies treatments of tungsten carbide thermal spray-and-fuse coatings, welded inlays, laser clad hard facing, plasma transfer arc (PTA) deposited coatings, high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) deposited coatings, and proprietary techniques that include Wear-Tuff® sintered-and-fused abrasion resistant coatings.
